Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been fully processed the customer will receive a shipment notification email and Facebook Messenger alert (if they have enabled this option during checkout) with their tracking number.
At times we may split an order into multiple shipments at no extra expense to the customer to avoid long wait times. The actual delivery time will depend on the customers location. In the United States packages are typically delivered between 7 to 10 days. Some items like our wallets can take up to 20 days for delivery.

All orders are guaranteed to be processed within 3 to 4 business days upon receipt of your order. Please keep this in mind when estimating your overall delivery time.
In general, orders within the United States are shipped via USPS and take between 7 and 10 days to arrive to their destination, but can take longer during peak holiday times. This excludes any natural disasters are weather related delays out of our control. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to provide the fasted delivery options. In these cases additional shipping costs will not be incurred.
Orders to the UK, Australia, and Canada also ship by USPS and most often take between 15 and 25 days to arrive at their destination.
Occasionally, depending on various factors like customs, and holidays, worldwide orders can take more than 40 days to arrive.
Customs Duties and other import related taxes and fees assessed by the recipient’s local customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Again, please allow up to 15-25 days for all International shipments to arrive.

Flare Apparel accepts no responsibility for orders non-received despite the ‘delivered' status to the stated delivery address, as proven by USPS or other domestic postal trackers.
If your tracking shows it was delivered by USPS, yet you do not have the package, please check with roommates, family members, or other locations outside where USPS may have left the package.
Also, we are not responsible for undeliverable packages (incorrect addresses) however, we can accommodate for damaged items on arrival and packages lost in transit (tracking number must show so).
